He jumped out of the gate sideways and bumped the horse next to him at the start...
He was also a bit rank going around the first turn...
but he was in a good position and seemed to settle down...
and he put in a good charge at the finish...
He looked good galloping back...
and although he didn't win, he put in a good effort after his long rest
But the big race today was the Vinery Madison Stakes. Dr. Zic was the winner who is the chestnut on the rail. Can you see that I have a hard time figuring out who is in the lead when you shoot head on?!
